Took a chance and am so glad I did

I needed a low cost PC desktop with more RAM and speed than my previous one but wasn't sure if buying this Dell at such a low price ([...]) was such a smart idea. Even after reading previous reviews, I worried I would get scammed in some way with a disastrous computer. I received the computer promptly and have had it for one week now and felt it was important to write a review affirming that it's exactly what I was hoping for. The set-up was easy and everything worked first time and continues to work just fine. It's doing exactly what I wanted and I haven't had any problems at all. I had never heard of this seller before, but would certainly buy from them again. One prior reviewed complained about how loud the computer runs and there is a little truth there, but it doesn't bother me while working at all. This product (and seller) have my gratitude and compliments for providing such a solid refurbished product at such an unbelievable price.

Fine Machine

We ordered this from a Computer for Everyone. It arrived on time and ran great with one bug. The CD/DVD was dead. We thought to check for loose wires first. We popped open the cabinet which has two great latches and we were instantly inside. The wires on the CD had become loose in shipping. Easy to fix. We've had it one month and it runs fine. No problems at all. It is what it says. A nice fine machine for a great price. Can't see any blemishes on our unit at all. Looks new. So for one month of use we're very happy.

Amazing PRODUCT

I was a bit iffy after reading some of the reviews but I have never been happier than the moment, this computer arrived in the mail. ( About 20minutes ago)

Pros: Nifty CD with free applications,Keyboard, Mouse, all the memory, and so far the customer service as well!!

note to this company. You guys are amazing I don't know why people put up those poor reviews but you guys have a lifetime customer now!

Good for data storage but not "fast" like advertised-some issues

I purchased this computer after reading all the reviews and was expecting a much faster machine. Its fine for most applications but lags terribly on some others. I have had issues with the DVD player running after it starts and the fan surging up and down. I emailed and they responded in two days to call the 800 number but there is only one person there and to just leave a message,and they will get back to you eventually. This never happened. This is definatly not acceptable customer service. I needed this computer to replace my HP desktop so I am really not in a position to return it but some kind of decent customer service would have been nice. If you are just buying this to do regular office apps and email I would say its fine, however if you plan on trying to play games or anything needing a better graphics card then get a better machine. For the price overall it will do fine for what I need. I dont really watch DVDs and I have a spare fan if this one dies altogether.

Great Buy...

I purchased this computer (last month March 2010) because my fiance purchased the same exact one in July 09 and we could not be happier, it does everything it is supposed to and more.

The only reason it does not get a 5 Star rating is that the CD Rom does not work too well in either of them, some CD's are fine and others it won't read at all. However, the price you pay for this computer means that it is no problem to purchase a better CD Rom...(they are fairly cheap I believe).

I give it a "thumbs up". It is well worth the money.
